Absolutely Wonderful Stay!
friendly host restful atmosphere lovely touch
Karen and Geoff were cute and friendly. They ensured nothing was too much trouble! I found it very easy to drive or take the bus into the city since it is only about 30 minutes away. I loved the restful atmosphere, and I enjoyed the lovely touches such as the candles.
I thought there could have been more variety in the breakfast options. The bed was a little hard, and the frame was quite squeaky, which bothered me at night.

The hosts provided helpful information on local buses and attractions! They were always available to assist with any requests. I appreciated the prompt and friendly service throughout my stay.

Free parking was available! The Wi-Fi signal was strong and reliable throughout the building. I was happy about the easy access to transportation, with a bus stop just a short walk away, , made exploring so easy.

Breakfast included many healthy options and was beautifully presented. The breakfast room itself was gorgeous and had a great atmosphere. Geoff waited on me while Karen cooked! Breakfast definitely set me up well for each day.

The room included lots of storage space! There was also a TV, a dressing table, and a day bed. I appreciated the availability of coffee and tea in the room and that oat milk was provided, for me.

limited selection squeaky bed frame
the hosts were friendly and helpful.
i expected more breakfast options based on the online pictures, but the selection was smaller than i anticipated. also, the bed frame was squeaky. this was frustrating after a long day.

unclear signage obstructed view inconsistent breakfast
I found several issues . the lack of clear signage made locating my room difficult upon arrival. the promised city view from the 'beautiful room' was largely obstructed by trees, diminishing the experience. breakfast service was inconsistent. One morning the full menu wasn't available.

broken radiator eco setting
The breakfast facilities met my standards. I found them acceptable.
The radiator in my bathroom DID NOT work. Staff did not notify me of this issue. The shower only functioned on the eco setting, it was difficult to get warm.

a amazing stay
warm welcome clean room comfortable room amazing hot tub
the host gave a warm welcome and was amazing. the room was really super clean and cozy. i enjoyed the hot tub!! it was really easy to get into the centre from the hotel.
i thought there would be more breakfast options from the pictures online.
